OCC Foundation Capital Campaign Presentation Video
REACHING OUT TO THE COMMUNITY. TO REACH BEYOND.
The capital campaign drive to for the Onondaga Community College Foundation was originally designed to raise $5 million for several uses, but primarily for a new Presidential Scholars Program (greatly expanding scholarships), a new sports complex and new Children’s Learning Center (providing daycare for students with young children. The campaign tagline was Reach Beyond, and the logo incorporated the bridge linking the two sections of campus, and symbolizing a metaphor for what the college is for the community… and educational bridge to greater opportunity for everyone. The original goal was $5 million, but initial success was so great, the goal was quickly upped to $8 million, a goal that was exceeded.
